Our manufacturer's limited warranty covers all defects in materials & construction for one year from the product's invoice date.
It is essential for us to note that our limited warranties are non-transferable & are not extended to our As-Is or floor model items or to re-sell or second-hand items. Our warranties are only valid when products are used for their intended purposes. Defects or damages resulting from misuse, accidents, abnormal use, modifications, normal deterioration due to wear, tear & exposure, corrosion, or damage caused by rain, fire, or other acts of nature, or products used for but not listed as commercial-use items, will not be covered by our limited warranty.
15 days to submit a claim for damaged items.
It is essential to document any damage on the Proof of Delivery when an order is received to assist in submitting claims, along with supporting pictures of the damage to the carton and the product itself—clear, close-up photos of the damaged area and the whole piece. Should you not note the damage on your Proof of Delivery, the claim may be denied. For any cancellations made after the order has been processed, there is a 20% restocking fee applied and customer pays return shipping on non-defective items.
