We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we offer 7 days for defective items, and 4 days for claims on shortages or missing items. 30 days for non-defective items with a 20% restocking fee and customer pays return shipping. Items that do not qualify for returns or have special return policy are noted in the product description. Returns must be in new, unused condition, and the original packaging is preferred. Yes, some of our vendors offer assembly services for an additional fee. When purchasing furniture that requires assembly, you’ll have the option to add a note requesting this service during checkout. We will reach out to you with 24-48 hours to let you know if the item is eligible and the additional cost prior to processing your order.
We process orders quickly to get your items to you as soon as possible. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but once an order has shipped, it may no longer be able to be modified.

For general care, avoid placing furniture in direct sunlight or near heat sources, and clean it regularly using a soft cloth. For upholstered pieces, we suggest vacuuming them regularly to maintain their appearance.
