It is essential to document any damage on the Proof of Delivery when an order is received to assist in submitting claims, along with supporting pictures of the damage to the carton and the product itself—clear, close-up photos of the damaged area and the whole piece. Should you not note the damage on your Proof of Delivery, the claim may be denied.
